Simple Bread Rollswith Tulip Cocktail Sausages and Sweet Pepper

Bread rolls are a great snack that you can get ready in less than 20 minutes. This recipe on bread rolls is made easy with store-bought bread and cocktail sausages. They are great for the lunch box or as party snacks as you can make them in advance and store them in the fridge until severing.

These delicious no-bake bread rolls contain cream cheese and sweet pepper, which give them lots of flavor.

Instructions

  • Drain the sausages 
  • Place a pan over high-temperature and add a bit of oil. Fry the sausages until golden. 
  • Chop the sweet pepper finely.  
  • Cut the bread across in half. Stretch the bread with a roller. 
  • Spread cream cheese on one side of the bread and put the sausages and the sweet pepper on the other side. 
  • Roll everything together tightly. 
  • Cover the roll with aluminum paper and chill in the fridge for half an hour. 
  • Take off the aluminum paper, cut in rolls, and serve. 
  • Enjoy!
